Question:
I'm 18 years old. I just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant. It never crossed my mind to have an abortion or put my baby up for adoption. I'm excited and scared at the same time. I have ... told my boyfriends mom and my mom & sister. I haven't told anyone else. Has anyone been in a situation where you were scared to tell a family member that you are/were pregnant? I need some advice on how to tell my little sister & grandmother. thank you :)

I grew up in a very conservative family. VEEERRRY CONSERVATIVE. its the kind that if you get pregnant before marriage, relatives will like look down on you and stuff. so of course i got really scared to tell my mom, so what i did was i just waited for the right time. One morning she laid in my bed beside me to relax.. and then i told her, i knew she wasn't tired or stressed at the time, so i told her, and u know what? she didn't get mad at me, she told me to take car of my baby and everything. they'll still love you no matter what. remember, your guys are going to have another blessing to the family ^.^best of luck!
