Technically, a lot of the stuff on youtube is copyrighted... hence why a lot of times you find videos with audio tracks disabled.

I would say it is dependent upon that which she had ... converted. When it comes down to it though, it's a gray area nowadays with things like that. I'd argue my way out of it ;)
