Question:
He has no water pressure, it is very low. It takes 20 minutes for the washer to fill, and you can't even use the shower because it won't work at all. There is an issue also with drainage, ... every time they do a load of laundry water fills their bathtub and runs out around the bottom of their commode, filling their floor with water. They have found an extensive ammount of mold on the walls in the bathroom and their are no fire alarms in the home which is two stories and four bedrooms. The landlord have blown out the lines 3 times and this problem keeps reoccuring, and they are not putting any paper products in the toilet. In a situation like this can you get out of a lease early and get your deposit back. Should the health inspector be called? They have been very good renters but i would think the lessor would have some responsibility here. The pipes could just be so old that this would be a major cost to them.< /span>Answer:
