Question:
Make no mistake, socialism is a major first step towards full blown communism. The advocates of communism demonize and name call, those who oppose giving government control of business. The fact that ... corruption increases exponentially, does not bother liberals, in fact they see government corruption as a positive thing. Socialism is intended to remove human factors, to prevent workers to be rewarded for hard work, risk taking, getting an education, outperforming others, so that those who can't/don't tyr/won't try, receive the same rewards in life as those who work harder, are smarter, study harder, desire to earn more, etc.
Most followers of socialism are naive, foolish, never have earned anything on their own or are anarchists, who think giving government complete control of your life, is a good thing. Liberals believe paying 50% of your income to the government, so they can spend your earnings to benefit the leaders of govt., is a good thing.
Usually, when you give govt total control of your life, the power turns into dictatorships; once the people see how terrible socialism is, govt will take steps, to prevent the citizens from trying to regain their freedom. Much like whats happening in Iran today, the govt will become a dictatorship, no matter how "warm and fuzzy" the followers of socialism try to convince you, it will never turn into a living hell.
Did the followers of Stalin support him, knowing he would murder more than Hitletr and imprison millions for opposing his politics? Castro murdered 16,000+ people for opposing his politicis, do ya think his followers would have supported him, if they knew he would keep them imprisoned and seize their wealth?
The definition of a liberal is a socialist in denial.
The path to hell is paved with good intentions.
