What should I use with this sauce, have about 20 minutes!?

Question:
I'm making a loose interpretation of meatball stroganoff fo dinner. I took meatballs I had made before and am oven simmering them in a sauce made with onions, mushrooms, garlic, beef stock, ... balsamic, dijon, dill, parsley and thyme. I'll be serving this over egg noodles, and thought I had sour cream to mix into the sauce when it came out of the oven. I don't have sour cream, but I do have Boursin cheese that I can soften, or I can use 1/2 cup of milk soured with vinegar. What should I use??? I please help, dinner is in 20 minutes :) Thanks so much!
Answer:
the sour milk should work, if you have plain yogurt it will work too but it is thinner and you may need to add some flour to thicken it.
