Question:
1939Answer:
World war 2 started because of German and the Japanese, and also due to the Great depression. Economically, the US, and much of Europe, suffered economically, so the Germans and Japanese saw this as a great avenue to expand their beliefs in the world.Adolf Hitler and most German people had believed that the Germans (or Aryan people including Italians, etc) were the superior people and hence must conquer the world, and lower class people like Soviets, Anglo Saxons, and especially the Jews (most affected) has to die. The Japanese had the same mentality. So in relation to that, Germany invaded Prague, then Poland, then France. This countries fell into the German sovereignty. The Germans next invaded UK, but they lost to the Britons. However, despite that Germans invaded much of the European Soviet Union. The Italians, under Benito Mussolini, extended its imperial ambitions to southern europe up to north of africa in ethiopia. To make matters even worse, the Germans and Italian agreed with Japan to form the Rome-Tokyo-Berlin Axis. Japan seized Korea, much China, much of Southeast Asia (except Thailand, because the Thai king signed an alliance with Japan).
Luckily, the Allied Powers (UK, USA, Soviet Union, France and its allies) won the fight by first seizing much of Germany, then later Japan by the atomic bomb.
